Then yesterday I got an email saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled (again) and would I like to come in October 8 or 9? Obviously my visit isn't very important to them. I'll be going elsewhere.
- PGPadmasiri GoonasekaraSep 15, 20225.0I scheduled and attended a complimentary hearing test of both ears on September 14, 2022, at 770 Broadview Ave., location in Ottawa to determine sounds and volumes I could hear. My hearing test was done by Audiologist Danielle White. I found her to be an extremely caring, courteous and thorough professional who is passionate about the quality of work she performs. She had researched and found out before I arrived for the appointment that I had been to their company clinic in BC a few years prior and its outcome. My test took a little longer time because of my own mistaken assumptions of hearing sounds when no such sounds were part of the test, which she detected, whereby she had to re-do those areas in order to arrive at the correct conclusions. I felt this to be professionalism of the highest caliber in this day and age of untruth and misinformation where so called professionals take short cuts to arrive at important conclusions which are inconclusive. I applaud her integrity !
