I came in today with a prescription after having my eyes examined. Rity served me right away. She helped me find the right glasses for my needs, I ended up buying two pair of glasses and one pair of prescription sun glasses. Rity shared knowledge and patience with me with me as I searched for the correct eyewear for me. Thank you Spacesavers and thank you Rity for great service

I had a very mixed experience at this clinic.
On the positive side, the optometrist was excellent. They were really nice, supportive, and I didn't feel rushed at all during the exam. I felt like I was in good hands clinically and appreciated the professional care I received.
However, the experience changed completely once I spoke with the reception staff, "Rity'. Initially, she was very cheerful and supportiveright up until the moment I declined to purchase their cheap quality no brand frames. Once I made it clear I wasn't interested in their specs, her demeanor shifted instantly. She became visibly upset and extremely rude.
I understand that staff may be working on commission, but it is incredibly poor practice to mistreat a customer simply because they choose not to buy their poor quality products on site. This feels like a management and training issue; the high pressure sales environment at the front desk completely ruined the positive atmosphere created by the optometrist.
It may work great for someone trying to do insurance fraud and getting sunglasses on Insurance, as many reviews says.

If I could I'd give it half a star. My experience was horrendous. Starting from the eye exam. Blindness runs in my family which didn't matter to the woman that did the eye exam. When I asked her about the floaters she said I should talk to my family doctor. Then I ordered my glasses 2 weeks I had to call them and ask and I was told only one pair was available. I only bought one pair. When I spoke to Claire who's the co owner she said she would get back a week later. A month later and still waiting. If I wasn't on a fixed income I'd take them back. I can still hardly see so I should of went somewhere else
