    Currently training with Matt from Titan. I was into some amateur strongman but my last Trainer’s programming got me developing some pretty bad injuries in my shoulder, knee and back which put me out of action for months. Matt actually takes the time to develop effective programs and ensures they’re performed right. I’m actually making progress towards my pre-injury standards. Matt is a great guy who knows what he’s talking about and will push you towards your goals while making sure you get there in one piece.

    Like many people, I gained weight during the COVID-19 pandemic and started to feel insecure about how I looked. I knew I had to do something. After researching and speaking with several personal trainers in KW, I decided to work with Matt. We trained together about 5 days/week from August 2021 to December 2021 and about 2 days/week from January 2022 to March 2022. During that time, Matt helped me lose 30 lbs, which was more than 1/6 of my total body weight. Matt worked around my schedule, made me a custom meal plan that accommodated my dietary restrictions, and was consistently kind and supportive, even when I was super grumpy and clearly didn't want to be at the gym. More importantly, he gave me the tools and the confidence I needed to continue my fitness journey without him. I've lost an additional 5 lbs and continue to workout 4-5 days/week. I couldn't have done any of this without Matt. He's the real deal. He's also easy on the eyes haha. If you want an incredibly knowledgeable trainer with a lot of heart, I can't recommend him enough.

    Matt is by far the most knowledgeable and encouraging personal trainer I’ve ever had! After training with him for a couple of months, I saw a remarkable progress with my body and strength as well as my knowledge with exercises. He not only teaches you how to properly execute certain exercises but he also provides physiological explanations and how the body benefits from it. He made me grow a love for the gym and pushed me to an extent I did not think I was capable of. I now feel confident going to the gym with the knowledge I have gained from him and understand how to program my workouts to target my needs. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer for anyone whether you are a beginner or an experienced individual at the gym as he has lots of unique and effective types of workouts that I guarantee you will always learn something new from him! He really takes his time to know his clients and what their needs are and caters to that perfectly! You will not go wrong choosing matt! Bonus: he likes making lots of jokes and you’ll be laughing a ton you’ll easily get a 6 pack from that alone.

    If you are looking for a trainer that has an incredible knowledge about the mechanism of human body, who's kind,who will push you to be the best of you.You just found your trainer I been training with Matt since June. I started tired, not able to lift more than 15 pounds. Now I'm so much stronger. I can do 110 pounds dead lifts. Matt is not just a trainer to his clients. He's also a friend to everyone. He listens to you. He makes you feel cared and loved. Matt is everything you want in a trainer. Book an appointment with Matt and see for yourself how wonderful he is
