  Dr. Kwan is one of the most attentive and knowledgeable doctors I’ve had. She handled my request right away and took the time to follow up weeks later to make sure my specialist appointment was booked. She was always quick to return my calls, explained things clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her care and follow-through truly made a difference and were greatly appreciated. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend her more.

  The selection was wonderful. Too many frames to choose from. The staff was very helpful in narrowing the choices down, which I greatly appreciated, as I was shopping alone. The deals were great. I would highly recommend Specsavers. Jerry was amazing, friendly, funny, very helpful and patience which made my shopping experience less painful.

  I really hate writing bad reviews but I have given the place more then enough time to fix the issue. So I have bought many pairs of glasses here for myself and my children. I bought a pair of glasses 1 yr ago and they were fixed multiple times as the kept loosing there shape. So they were nice and let me pick out a new pair. But these glasses are doing the same thing. I was in last week and the owner is NEVER there by phone or in person and never gets back to emails. My kid’s glasses have been doing the same thing. I want a refund on these glasses so I can get them elsewhere.

  My husband and I experienced excellent customer service by Jerry whom we were fortunate to have attend to us. He was very pleasant and patient and did not rush us in selecting the type of frames we wanted. Also he was great in advising us on the most cost saving package for us. Many thanks Jerry; you're the best!

  I was at this Specsavers back in early spring for an eye test . Before the eye test I had some time to spare so I was looking at the different styles on offer . No one interrupted me , which was nice as I had a clear idea of what I was looking for . I found a pair I liked , but then I was called in for my eye test and I didn’t have time to write anything down . It turned out that I had cataracts in my right eye so I had to get that fixed before I could get glasses . Fast forward to September and here I am with the cataracts fixed so I head to Specsavers . First I have to have my eyes tested . The young lady who did both my tests was very professional and very nice . The bit I didn’t like was that when the test is finished they press a button to let someone know they have a customer . This woman came in and she was a little pushy . I kept telling her that I knew exactly what I wanted, but she insisted on showing me what she thought I needed . I looked at a few frames trying to find the ones I had picked previously and she actually criticized my choices . She was all over the place with choices . Finally I found the frames I wanted and we went to the table to do the order . I had casually mentioned that I was covered up to $500.00 by my insurance. When we did all the coatings and tints my two pairs for $149.00 came out to just over $500.00 , miraculously . So just over two weeks late I get a call that my glasses are ready . I was handed two pairs of glasses and an explanation about a golden ticket . I had to ask if anyone was going to fit my glasses . The lady said she could fit them if I wanted and made a half hearted attempt . I wore the glasses for a couple of weeks and they kept slipping and were always at an angle on my face . I went back to the store and was greeted by the same lady who had attempted the first fit . I told her what the problem was and she asked me a series of questions in a very suspicious manner . Did I drop the glasses or attempt to alter them in any way and has anyone else attempted to repair or alter them in any way . I answered no to all her questions and she went to the bench to do the adjustments . She tinkered with them for a few minutes and then called a gentleman over and spoke to him . He took over the tinkering and after a few minutes the lady handed me back my glasses . The glasses now fit perfectly and are not loose at all . I am happy with the glasses and hope they last at least a few years . I’m not sure if I would return to Specsavers . It wasn’t a horrible experience ,it just wasn’t very enjoyable . There isn’t any need for Specsavers to contact me as this is ,in my opinion what happened and it doesn’t need to be fixed . Thank you .
