I booked a next day appointment at this clinic to have my eye assessed and I was very nervous on arrival. I was greeted by Celeste who performed all of the imaging on both eyes. I had my assessment with Dr. Sum and I knew from the moment I first met her that I was in good hands. Her friendly and warm approach helped to calm me down. I explained my concerns and recent vision changes and she performed a series of tests to investigate my concerns. I was given a treatment plan on how to heal my corneal abrasion and was asked to return the following day for a follow up evaluation. Prior to my departure, Dr. Sum reassured me by explaining (with imaging) the anatomy and health of my eye and the expected outcome of the treatment plan. In 24 hours my abrasion had healed. I wish I could give 10 stars for the experience I had, not only with Dr. Sum, but with the entire Specsavers team. I would recommend Dr. Sum to anyone looking for quick, convenient and thorough service with a smile! Thank you Dr. Sum & the Specsavers team!
