The office is beautiful and we were greeted so warmly, and it immediately set the tone for the visit. Rachel is hands down the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and truly exceptional at what she does. What stood out even more was how amazing she was with my four-year-old, who had to come with me to the appointment. The way everything was explained so calmly and thoughtfully made the experience not only relaxing, but actually fun for both of us. Dr. Lighvan was an incredible dentist. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, reassured me throughout the appointment, and never once made me feel pressured into anything that wasn’t necessary. The way he communicated was thoughtful, respectful, and truly admirable—it made me feel completely at ease and confident in my care. When we were leaving, Shelley was equally fantastic, so kind, patient, and clear when explaining the billing process. And the fact that she even made me a coffee on the way out was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. To top it all off, I was even offered a complimentary foot massage—at the dentist, no less! As someone who experiences dental anxiety, that level of care and attentiveness meant so much to me. It’s rare to experience this level of warmth, care, and genuine appreciation. This office goes above and beyond, and it truly shows. I can’t recommend Bisson Dentistry enough!
