My contract clearly said they would replace it for $350 and then they reneged on that agreement when I arrive for my appointment. What a clip joint. I don't know if it was the "doctor " or Sonova that came to this, but I would not recommend this business. So sometime later a lovely woman from head office Ontario called me to let me know that there was a miscommunication and that I will be receiving a new hearing aid for $350. I have no idea how this happened behind the scenes but I am morally obligated to add this to my review. I am giving them 4 stars instead of the one star they previously earned. PS: there is an editing feature for Google reviews. Lucky for Connect Hearing.
