  So, I had a hearing test today shared my financial situation and requests and expectations. After all was said and done, staff did NOT fully explain $ regarding payment plan. I had to push to have more detailed explanation of cost breakdown abd was FINALLY told the $1000 ADP and CAA discounts were NOat part of the payment plan cost. Needless to say, mine and staffs' time was wasted. I made it abundantly clear from the start that I would be purchasing on a payment plan. And STiLL no facts were offered regarding the omission of ADP Government and CAA discount. And I was annoyed more so because I was so upfront with them about my wishes and they still kept stringing me along!

  Not impressed with this office. My parents are too nice to give a bad review so I will share their experience. Last yr my mom was sold a discontinued product at a sale price that was actually not a sale. She was sold the highest level hearing aid and told it was the only one to fit her needs. She was sold a 90 when a 30 or 50 would suit a woman who literally stays home with her husband most of the time. They then had to ask for the charger, which who buys rechargeable hearing aids and doesn't get a charger. The charger was retrieved from the back room! Were they planning to sell it to them later? Not sure to b honest. The after care has been terrible and I downloaded the app and fixed the issues with her aids, also showing her how to connect to her devices. I'm surprised at the star level as I have been told by repeated people this is common at this location. I told my parents not to go back here and recommended a better place they are now very happy with. Knowing what I do of the industry now. This place definitely ripped my mom off, being dishonest of what was available to her, looking to sell high, not meet her actual needs. You should be ashamed to take advantage of older ones like that.

  I have been attending Connect hearing in Fonthill for over 10 years. Have never had a bad experience. Maria has been my audiologist/hearing specialist for the past 5 years and really knows her job well. She is always there to recommend ways to enhance my hearing ability. She genuinely shows that she cares about your hearing health. Would totally recommend this Connect Hearing location to anyone.

  I was refered to Connect Hearing by a relative. I got on line went through prelim on line booking and just like that I had a appointment. I was called personally by Tracy the office clerk to confirm. Had my appointment today and Maria was fantastic! She explained everything regarding the testing and made me feel that my hearing issues were important. I will refer others. Very proffessional and curtious!! 5+ stars
