- FFFloridaannAug 5, 20251.0I am leaving this review not out of malice, but in constructive criticism, and in the hope of better service in the future for other clients. As the client, it is 100% reasonable to ask questions and seek clarity before purchasing hearing aids. As a professional, it is 100% your job to explain and share your knowledge when there is a need to do so with the client. This was not the case in my recent experience at Connect Hearing (the East Mall). What I encountered was extremely unprofessional staff, lack of compassion and understanding for the needs of the client and family, and overall just a bad attitude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff. Shameful! I will never recommend Connect Hearing to family or friends, nor will I ever return after many years of being a loyal customer.
