The doctor was absolutely wonderful — empathetic, patient, and very professional. She explained the entire procedure clearly, made sure I understood everything, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly felt cared for by her. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff (black girl) was the complete opposite. The receptionist was extremely rude, impatient, and had a very aggressive attitude. She struggled to communicate clearly, snatched the paperwork out of my hands, and behaved in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It’s disappointing that such unprofessional behavior can overshadow an otherwise excellent medical experience. I strongly hope the place ensures that all staff members are properly trained in basic communication, respect, and customer service, especially in a healthcare setting where patients already feel vulnerable

Edit: TRANS FOLKS ON SOONERCARE: if you have to leave PP, the OSU clinic on Southwest Blvd does informed consent HRT and it is usually easy to get an appointment there right away. Original: This is a great clinic which really cares about its patients. Later in the day they are often running late, but that just means they are taking the time their patients need. They are great at taking care of patients with sexual and medical trauma and always make me feel as comfortable as I can be. I am very grateful for the years of good care I have gotten there and am very sorry I had to leave now that they can't take Soonercare because of Governor Stitt. I hope to go back someday. The only problem I have with it is that it is EXCEEDINGLY hard to get hold of a specific clinic on the phone. Everything routes through a call center that is actually very obviously work from home folks. Worse, the quality of the calls is sometimes pretty bad, so if you are hard of hearing, you can be SOL. I know this is to prevent harassment, but it makes organizing care between clinics difficult, and forces patients to use the portal. All well and good until MyChart crashes, or if you don't have access to the internet right then. Surely there is a better way. They are responsive to portal messages, though. They really do care. And yes, you CAN get trans health care here! Now that Soonercare no longer covers PP, however -- thanks, Stitt -- you will need to pay out of pocket or go elsewhere.

Got what I needed done and thankful for the coverage & the doctor that helped me out. But the lady behind the desk was rude. Had a stank attitude with me for no reason what so ever. I was completely confused. Like sis your in the healthcare industry, your job is literally helping people and she got a stank attitude🤣 Not a long wait, clean, but that lady had me heated. I drove over 2 hours for my appointment and she was not pleasant. At all. Not what I needed after driving for so long Will not be back to that location lol

Bailee Bronson is an absolute nightmare. Do not and I repeat do not be seen by her! She withholds things from you and does not allow access to the proper care that you need. She turns medicine into a money grab and trys to take advantage of people and get the most money into her clinic as possible due to budget cuts they received. Go elsewhere, PP has gone down the drain. They deserve all the protesters they gather with the way they operate, or lack there of, of any operational sense at all.
