  Been trying to explain that I want to get pregnant and have been having irregular and very painful periods for YEARS. Both of the NP’s I have had there have not acted like they’ve cared to help me only wanting to push birth control and medications instead of finding the root of the problem. Then when suggesting they do find the problem, everytime lab work or any other tests were done, they acted put out by it. They found 2 cysts on my right ovary and told me it wasn’t anything to worry about. Today, I went to another clinic to try it out, they found MULTIPLE cysts on both my ovaries and diagnosed me with PCOS. So glad I switched to someone who cares about their patients.

  Waited over and hour , people that had an appointment at a later time were seen before me, I asked why and the nurse said " because we obviously can't know when babys are coming and obviously they would want their doctor their with them." Like what in the world type of explanation is that.

  Dr. Carson was my doctor. She lacked empathy which wasn’t a problem to me because i'm on medication that makes me a robot too but I’ve never been able to reach her in the case that i had any questions or problems. The receptionists were always very rude. Ive had to wait at least 15 minutes every time i had an appointment which isn't necessarily a problem but i just kept it in mind. One day they asked me to reschedule my appointment to 3 hours later and when i got there i had waited 40 minutes before i asked when i would be seen and they said they had 2 patients ahead of me still. i told them i needed to reschedule because i couldn’t continue to wait. i work 40 hrs a week whilst being 28 weeks pregnant. i rescheduled for the next day and got there 10 minutes late with my mom and waited 7 minutes at the desk for a receptionist with another couple on the other side of the doors waiting to check out and leave. When a receptionist finally came to check me in she said that i was late and then asked her coworker what to do since i was late. i said that ten minutes is nothing compared to the day prior when i was waiting 40+ minutes. she tried to say that there was a receptionist present the whole time and that i was just late. then she said “well your doctor isn't here any ways she got pulled away for a delivery” me and my mom asked why no one called me and the receptionist responded that she meant to but she forgot. so i wasted $40 to get there and back twice for an appointment i never had. my mom was upset about the fact i wasn't told about my doctor not being there and she said we will just go somewhere else. i asked them if there was another dr there that could just check on my baby because i had to put my dog down the night before they said no. i didn't respond because i try not to react when i'm angry or sad as it tends to not be a good one. i never received a call back from dr Carson's nurse, dr Carson, or the elite obstetrics receptionists to reschedule or anything. when i did call i asked why the business is ran so unprofessionally and they told me they would follow up on why i wasnt notified beforehand on my dr leaving. But they told me that because my mom said we would just go somewhere else that they took that and ran with it assuming i wouldnt be needing their services and just stopped reaching out. i asked why they would go off of what my mom says being that i am 22 y/o and my mom is not me or the father and she cant make any decisions for me unless there is an emergency and i asked what i said they responded with “you didnt say anything”. exactly, i didnt confirm or deny anything i just left because that was my second day of showing up to check on my baby and not being able to. especially after in the night between those two days i had a traumatic event to which i had to put my old dog down so i was very worried about my baby. On the phone i spoke with the office manager MONICA and she told me that she would have whoever faxes thing to fax my medical records to another doctor(warren clinic), they never did. i asked them to fax it to another doctor (OU Schusterman Center) and they never did. July 10th i had that facility (OU Schusterman Center) reach out to obtain those records and Elite said they would send them and today i have been told they still have yet to do that. June 25th is the first time that i asked them to fax my records to the first doctor(Warren clinic) and today they called me to tell me they have yet to receive my records and asked me to reach out to Elite AGAIN and i tried but they aren’t answering now. i have yet to be able to receive care since trying to get my records released on June 25th and i believe they are doing it out of spite. the office manager MONICA also said she would work on reimbursing me my $80 wasted on showing up to appointments that never occurred and she has yet to contact me. thats not big on the list since my big concern is my baby but that also shows how much they care and how hard they work!
