    Worst place ever. Receptionist is a smart alack. Was not even treated for what I went in for and then they sent prescription to wrong address and blamed me for not going to pick it up in time.

    I came here to get a flue shot because I will be working in the hospital and NO ONE told me the potential of feeling like I have the flue, sore or sick as a dog like I am!! I called and asked if this is normal side affects of the shot and Ashley said yes unfortunately and NO i can’t give you a note for work unless you come back to be SEEN!!! I’m so sick i can’t drive, on the questionnaire. I have personal information before getting the shot and asked my medical history. I already have several auto immune and I get sick easily, and I knew that.!! I wouldn’t be so upset if they had informed me the possibility of being sick and refusing to give me a note for work, and she hung up on me.!!!! Completely unprofessional and I will be making complaints to the Head office and make sure I’m heard and consoled for being sick and missing work, i would not be so upset if the potential had been explained and it wasn’t and to tell me I have to come BACK!!! Completely unprofessional and unexplained!!!
