Some advice for the managers to get a 5 star... the vibe is off feels very much like a box gym with zero character, the free weights are mismatched and very old, and I witnessed the *trainer* using machines with poor etiquette not cleaning them or re-racking weights. However the gym gets the job done. Thank you

Will find weights and plate and equipment in random places. Folks will take something across the building and leave it there when they're done, including leaving a half dozen plates on a bar in the rack. Also only 1 leg extension machine. I always have to wait to use it.

At no point were we informed that we needed to actively cancel after the month ended, nor were we clearly told about an additional $30 charge plus a $60 annual fee. When we raised this concern, we spoke with the manager, who outright called us liars. Regardless of the disagreement, no customer—let alone another human being—should be treated with that level of disrespect. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to be very careful here and to consider other gyms.

All of a sudden you will receive a text from a new random trainer saying they’re taking over. Trainers won’t reach out or give you workout plans unless you ask repeatedly for it and when you try to get in contact with management they make you run circles and nothing gets handled. I’ve been trying to cancel for 3 months now and have NOT BEEN HELPED. Highly disappointed in 10 gym and who they chose as a partner.
