    Santiago Ramirez was great. He worked his ass off in this dam heat and it was hot ! He did a fabulous job installing the carrier He deserves a raise for the professionalism and skills he displayed he cleaned up after his self and gave a very easy to understand class on the operation of the lift!

    Christina helped me find just the right stair lift with photos of my stairs/texting & phone. I’m very pleased with the 101-Pinnacle Premium Stair Lift with automatic folding rail. Needed rail which was 17 long. This was over the standard length & with quote from another Tulsa company increased the price greatly. Bottom line: I got the chair lift with AUTOMATIC folding rail for $911 less than other Tulsa company which also would have required a $250 yearly maintenance fee. In all fairness, other company quote was for a different brand. If I should need maintenance in the future, I will pay a reasonable service charge; however, Christina said most problems can be solved with a phone call. 101Mobility has great product & communication skills!!!

    101 Mobility is a great company to work with if you're looking for a stairlift. Professional, no hidden costs, someone will come out and measure your stairs for a quote. It doesn't take long after that. I felt no pressure in purchasing one right away. They are local so repairs shouldn't be a problem when needed. The install was done quickly but professionally. The gentleman didn't leave until my mother understood how to operate it safely. Christina was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a stairlift for yourself or your loved one.
