- ABAshley BackDec 29, 20251.0I went in to Stanton Optical in Owasso today. I had an appointment for an exam and glasses. After being there for an hour and thinking that I am waiting on a doctor, one of the employees tells me that the tele health doctor will be seeing me. As someone who has worked in the eye care field for over 12 years, I find it very scamish and poor business to have a tele health eye doctor. I was never told that my appointment would be done via tele health and after wasting 1.5 hours of my time, I walked out. I would highly suggest that you go somewhere with a real doctor and actually be seen. I will never support or refer anyone to a place that does business like that. They should do a better job of informing their patients of this from the start. NOT COOL STANTON OPTICAL!!!

I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family for them to come in and have a nice visit done here very professional with very helpful with any questions that I had it was very explanatory about anything that had to do with my glasses. It will definitely be referring to him and draw his place of business here to my family and friends.
- BBBode BeeneDec 14, 20251.0The gentleman working were sub par when it came to professionalism. I originally was told my glasses would be ready within two days since they had the frames. Arrived two days later, I was told to wait for a text or call about them. Not a big deal, I waited. I receiving a call almost 10 days later that my glasses were ready. I showed up and they put someone else’s glasses and prescription with my name on it. I asked for a refund but was told they could have them ready within 30 minutes. I waited almost another hour. The glasses still didn’t fit quite right & I asked them to fix them. I was told that they cut the glasses a tad small for the frames to I needed to be careful. I then asked for another refund, I was refused. I finally gave up & left. I now have glasses that don’t fit right and I’m out 80 something dollars. Worst experience I ever had at Stanton. I’ve been using them for 4-5 years but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
