- AJAndrew JohnstonApr 24, 20231.0I have come here twice and cannot come to my appointment. The first time I was referred by an ER for having severe tonsillitis and they sent all my information over, when I arrived at my appointment it appeared I did not even have an appointment but was in the system. Today arriving at my appointment 10 minutes late to the door locked (11:40 AM when the door shows (12-1) and the door being locked. I called the phone and was sent to voicemail as well. Nowhere in the paperwork they sent me does it show I cannot be late for my appointment and i as well was not informed. All the card says is “IF UNABLE TO KEEP THIS APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL” meaning if I cannot come this day to call and reschedule. I am desperately needing this and have missed 2 days of work now for appointments I cannot go to
