- GGGHQOct 30, 20251.0I called to make an appt and someone named "Allen" refused to answer any of my questions before coming in for an exam. I asked about the highest prescription they carry for contacts in store and he kept repeating I have to come in to ask this "customized" question. I asked if I could speak to his supervisor or anybody else and he said he was the only one there. However, when I called back to cancel my appt, someone else answered and confirmed that there are other people available to help and that is not how they conduct business. The call with Allen was the most frustration appt setting call I've had and he had no reason to lie; he was too lazy to check or simply do his job. I highly suggest retraining him to not lose business.
