  I’m confused why they have such negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience both times. The staff and doctors were friendly and helpful. Doctor Paskowski offers advice on natural remedies as well as medication if needed. I appreciate that very much. He helped me come up with a game plan to avoid future sinus flare ups. I never had to wait very long for my appointments, hearing test or CT scan. The only thing that I saw people complaining about was the co-pay situation. The clinic next door (same building) is a completely different clinic and you will have to pay a co-pay if going to both locations, which I had to do because I needed to do a hearing test first. Not shady at all. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

  Not sure why people say there's a poor bedside manner here. Everyone including the doc was super friendly.

  THE GOOD: Audiologist Kayla Silvey is an outstanding credit to her profession. She explained everything in detail. She answered all my questions in detail. Even questions I didn’t know I had. She explained to me that with my hearing loss hearing aids would be of minimal help. She wasn’t just trying to sell me a hearing aid. She even called me days later to reiterate that fact. She went so far as to research my insurance and found that I could get hearing aids through Medicare but not through her company. 5 stars for sure!!! THE BAD: Dr. Berryhill’s assistant or nurse (not sure of her title) didn’t seem to grasp the concept that many of their patients have hearing problems. She mumbled her words very softly, despite being asked repeatedly to speak louder. I doubt she knows the meaning of the word enunciate. THE UGLY: Dr Berryhill was so kind as to give me about 3 minutes of his time. He insisted that the audioiogist didn’t say hearing aids would be of little help, despite her confirming it twice. He was still trying to sell me hearing aids. I also asked about chronic itching in my inner ear. He quickly blew me off and told me to put hand lotion in my ears. I wonder how many years of medical school it took him to learn that? I naively tried the hand lotion, of course it was of no help. Clearly this Dr. cares much more about the money than the patients!

  I had a great first time appointment. In quickly, saw the nurse, then the Doctor. Excellent bedside manner, professional, and personable. It was not the news I was hoping for, but now I have an answer for my issues. Would highly recommend Dr. Moore and his staff.
