After my first year, I cancelled my membership at this gym because the tanning beds sucked and the equipment was only ok. I called, spoke to an associate, he took all of my information and assured me the account was now closed. I asked him if I needed to write a letter (which is normal) or jump through any special hoops to make sure it was cancelled. He said not at all and told me I’d no longer be charged. Well, they’ve been charging my account for over a year and now they’re saying that they don’t cancel memberships in house?!! This is theft! It’s absolute theft! Do NOT give this gym access to your account because THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! Now I have to make a 3 hour drive to Denton to file a claim with Wells Fargo and fraud charges to get a year’s worth of my money back!

Everyone knows it’s awkward in the gym, or at least it is for me, so it feels great to walk into the gym and see a familiar and smiling face at the front desk!
