- JCJohn CrabbDec 17, 20251.0I went to pick up my wife's medication and I saw Adam take a patch off of his body then put on deodorant and not wash his hands. Then he went to the counter to count pills and continue working at 11:31 am on December 17, 2025. They mix up her medications and can't seem to process a refill request or resubmit it to the Dr. They will then blame her or the Doctor's office. She is always going without her medications and when you want them to help you fix the issue they are rude and avoid any accountability. I was talked down to and treated with disrespect. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. There are other pharmacies. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but here. It is not only obvious they don't care and will do nothing to help, but the medications are handled in an unsanitary fashion. This was absolutely disgusting and concerning 😟
- AJA JDec 17, 20251.0Any time I need a refill submitted they drop the ball. They cannot consistently refill my medication. They will make you call the Dr instead of resubmitting it. They cannot keep my medications straight. They never asked about any allergies I might have. They have been lazy, incompetent, and disrespectful. If you are taking medication regularly you will go without it anytime a refill needs resubmitted. It cannot possibly be all 5 different Doctors. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep my business local. I would advise anyone considering this pharmacy to take their business anywhere else. They are never at fault and will treat you with disrespect if you do not do their job for them. When I first moved here they said they couldn't transfer my scripts. Another pharmacy just handled it for me. I am blown away by the incompetence and unaccountability at this pharmacy. I have never had this problem at any other pharmacy. I take my health seriously and it is 100% obviously that they do not.
