  My nephew got a CPAP from this company and they did not take care of him. His apnea events per hour were anywhere from 10-17, should be 5 or below. He called them repeatedly asking to send a report to his provider for adjustment and the answer he was told was for him to call his provider himself to get a new order. His usage was 6-8 hours a night so he was compliant and they were getting paid. He felt crappy but they wouldn’t help. He spoke with his provider and changed companies for his CPAP. He doesn’t drive and is in a wheelchair and they wouldn’t come pick up his CPAP , said he’d have to bring it into the business or they wouldn’t keep billing his insurance. Very sad business practices actually illegal. If you need medical equipment or oxygen run as fast as you can to get away from Larry’s Home Oxygen Company. Definitely not a company I would want taking care of my loved one.

  There is much more medical equipment here than what you would think. It's very worthwhile to go in and take a look for yourself. I was quite surprised by the wide range of medical inventory.

  We found the place easy, we were using our GPS, but once we got on Grand Ave. there was a huge sign out front. There's handicapped parking right in front as well making it easier to get up close to the entrance. Walking in there was a small table to check my temperature and the receptionist asked me the basic COVID-19 questions. Then I was allowed to go back to a room and wait for Kerry who I had an appointment with. Going back there was electric chairs, lift recliners, canes, walkers and etc. Kerry came into the room and explained everything about my new CPAP machine. I knew how to operate the menu, how and when to change and clean every part of it. She was very good..she measured the size of mask I needed and also adjusted the head straps to check and make sure there wasn't any leaks of air. After all the paperwork was explained and signed I was free to leave with the tote and bag of instructions. Kerry was awesome and so easy to understand. With Medicare, I'll own the machine in 13 months. This place is highly recommended. Thank you! P.S. Also adding this on Yelp!!

  Larry's Home Oxygen went well above and beyond to make sure our daughter got the oxygen she needed. Their customer service was awesome! We would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Unfortunately the customer care for Larry's oxygen no longer exists. I called this morning and they couldn't possibly have been more rude. Talking over people, and talking to people like they are useless morons isn't ok when dealing in life or death medical supplies. When I hung up I felt hopeless. I ended up calling another oxygen place in enid and they were super helpful and happy to help us. Save your time and money and go anywhere but here.
