My 18 month old tripped, shoving his front tooth backwards. We went to our family dentist who told us it would need to be PULLED đź’” but Edmond Pediatric got us in the same day, took my concerns seriously, and reassured pulling was not necessary. They are very welcoming and the space is perfect for children. My kiddos were very at ease upon arrival, well be transitioning care moving forward!

This is a LONG review but a detailed review you must read! AMAZING!! Times a million! We live 45 mine away and will NOT be seen anywhere else! My two children have been patients of this office for almost 5 years. Both kids have had dental procedures under anesthesia with Dr. Whitfield and Dr. Cromwell. The best part is there Anesthesia suite! You do not have to travel to a hospital or facility to have the procedure done.10/10 love them! Just never left a review. Oops. We have routinely seen Dr.Kirkpatrick for the last year or more for our kids exams! My kiddos love her just as much as I do! Great bedside manner to mention one thing! *** Here’s the best part!!*** Dr. Kirkpatrick saw my son today for a tooth ache. He's 5, a trickster, and a bit wild! Ha! Not even a month ago he was seen for a supposed complaint. Backstory- His sister had some work done and received a prize when the procedure was completed. So the next few days when my son said his tooth was hurting I was skeptical. Did he just want a prize too? So I took him in for that to be determined. Dr.Kirkpatrick didn’t see anything obvious that would could cause discomfort or concern. She told me to call if that changed! YAY! Fast forward to 2 days ago. He starts complaining consistently of this tooth being painful and having sensitivity. I looked at the tooth and nothing was visibly concerning. Did he just want another prize? I called and got him in to be seen to be safe. After X-rays and upon examination Dr.Kirkpatrick offered me a few solutions! (It was a baby tooth, previously worked on, and not much we could do to prolong the life of it.) So with Dr.Kirkpatricks advice I elected to extract the tooth. OH MY GOSH!! I hands down will never go to another dentist for my kiddos! Dr.Kirkpatrick explained to Nash in a way that was so comforting to him and his nervous mama. He's always been sedated for dental work in the past due to his age. We tried laughing gas today since I felt he would sit still for the procedure. Fingers crossed! I didn't want to wait and he experience more pain. Dr. Kirkpatrick got down eye level and described the steps of the procedure. The gas is like “motorcycle air.” He was able to pretend to drive a motorcycle while she was working on him. Then when it was time to pull she told him it would feel like his tooth is getting a big hug! When I tell you this women is amazing at what she does, I mean it!! She made sure he was comfortable the entire time. If he wasn't she made sure to get him there! My son after the procedure didn't even know what happened! (He was so content!) When I told him the tooth fairy was coming tonight he was SHOCKED! Ha! He had no idea she pulled his tooth! Dr. Kirkpatrick was very patient, kind, and informative! We are so thankful to have her take care of our kids! The assistant was also great! I can't remember her name, but can't forget to mention her! All the office girlies are so sweet and make sure you're taken care of every time! I really love this office and I know you will too! (: I've never left a review before because who has the time, right? Well I made the time to inform others who might be like me with a jokester 5 year old or dental anxiety! Ha! The office is also so cool! The waiting room is hands on with video games and an interactive floor! Having to sit silent and still is hard for my ADHD kiddo so to have this accommodation is wonderful! If you have read this far in the novel, I hope this helps you! THANK YOU to everyone at Edmond Pediatrics and teen dentistry! ❤️
