They rushed my son through his eye appointment everything's done through TV so I don't know how they can get the eye prescription right if it's done through a TV for one and for two they rushed my son through his eye appointment I don't appreciate that and I'm calling to get here soonercare identification number so I can schedule them somewhere else and they're giving me a runaround about that too

I went for appt at 11:30 wasn’t seen by doctor til 12:30 I called at 1pm to cancel my glasses order they close at 6pm no call back called Customer service line to help they couldn’t reach the store either I called at least 5 times before they closed trying to talk to someone I feel like it’s very unprofessional then was told by second customer service rep I could cancel my order but wouldn’t get my money back like this is crazy I wasn’t told when I placed order all sales final
And I tried to cancel within hour of order placed which glasses wouldn’t be ready for 3 days so why couldn’t I cancel I won’t ever go back to them or recommend them

Bought glasses there when they first opened. It went okay. This time.....it was absolutely terrible. I waited for one doc to pop up on television and he immediately left. I sat and waited then a woman doc popped up. She said hold on and left. Finally, a 3rd doc popped up with an Asian accent that was so so bad, 1 couldn't understand him. Exam felt cold and not good. I know my eyes have changed in last couple of years. According to them, they haven't. But enough that I got new glasses. I waited and waited only to be told, my were damaged upon arrival and would have to be reordered. So I waited. Got a call. Went to get them only to be told these were ordered at no cost for the trouble I had encountered. Wow!
They reminded me of play glasses when I was a kid, the ones that weren't real. I was handed glasses and out the door. They did not fit. Too big for my head. I tried tightening them when I got home but they seemed lopsided no matter what. And to be honest, something isn't right about prescription. I don't think it's mine. One lease is thick and one isn't. Weird! So the ones I finally ordered came in. They felt better one. Felt maybe better made. But this prescription isn't the same as the other ones. However, this prescription is WORST!!!!! I feel like they are worse than my original glasses from 1 or 3 years ago. They are blurry. While store staff was nice, the rest is horrible. I guess lesson Ed learned cause they is nowhere to file a complaint on them. So I will be looking for a new eye appt.
$400 for NOTHING!!!
And I feel sorry for Shay, she works hard to make things better. She was only positive thing!
