    Everyone I have come in contact with has been really nice. I started out seeing Karleigh (until she went on maternity leave) then was switched over to Kelly. When I was sick or unexpectedly had to work and knew I needed to reschedule my appointment I texted Blaze, Gabby, or Kameryn and asked to be rescheduled. All three are very kind and helpful.

    Doctor and staff are super nice and helpful. Scheduled appointment online and the next day was seen. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

    I absolutely love the staff they go above and beyond. Today when I couldn’t get my medication from my pharmacy due to them being out of stock. I was worried because Christmas is right around the corner. I texted to see if I can get my medication moved to a different pharmacy. That was around 12:30 PM. Brooke said, that she would Send an email to switched to a different pharmacy. Fast forward to 4:30 PM I still hadn’t heard anything. I texted Brooke to see what was going on and she told me that Walmart didn’t Take my medication. I asked her if she knew any other places because everywhere I called didn’t have my medication. I texted, and called she didn’t answer. So I went to talk with someone in person. I was greeted by Jose, and he went above and beyond. The nurse chase who came in and helped me figure everything out. Amber one of the doctors ( she’s so AMAZING) got me in quickly thanks to ( Chase and Jose). A not so good experience was did a whole 180!! 10/10 I also want to say all of the nurses are so kind. Also Heather helped me figure out my insurance stuff in such a kind/supportive way!! Christine is always so positive and will do anything to help!! Dr V is always helpful. Dr Myranda taking me seriously and I’m so grateful for her. Crystal is an amazing therapist and the company is so lucky to have her. I love everyone there I don’t know what’s going on with Brooke hope she’s ok.

    Seenen Carly on 12-5-2025 for my meds. Pharmacy has sent over pre authorization form. I called pharmacy on monday 12/8 still waiting on pre authorization from doctor's office. Called the nurse line on 12/9 @ 12:10p let the voicemail never got a call back. Called again this morning @08:45 spoke to carly's nurse.She said that she is going to do the pre-authorization form. 5day without medicine due to lack of patient care. I've already switched my p c p due to the lack of communication and getting referrals, completely incorrect numerous times 3 for myself and 2 for my child. Now this too. Also found out that they can no longer access your previous records because they no longer have the original portal or access to it.So now I have to go and see another doctor even though I have already seen this doctor because they can't get the freaking records. Let me be honest They don't want to pay the athena's price to be able to access those records, so they'd rather let your insurance pay the price.If you haven't see a different doctor. Please don't even get me started about how they wanted me to seat their rheumatologist there, and how that incident was shady as all could be.
