- NTNicole TellesSep 3, 20251.0I went there because my gyno was backed up till October. I called and made an appointment and gave them my insurance information over the phone before going. But when I got there they claimed not to have it then made me wait an hour till they could get a hold of my insurance because they said they couldn't verify it. Then the doctor refused to give me a perception for a birth control I've been on for years. And wrote a percribtion for a new birth control that ended up being over 600 dollars and acted like that was completely reasonable. When I was only paying 20 dollars for my previous birth control that I had no issues with or anything. They are completely unreasonable and just put me under a lot of stress for nothing. I want nothing to do with this place and am upset with how they treated me. Waste of my time and money then tried to bleed me for more money I don't have for no reason.

- CACJ AdkinsApr 8, 20242.0The staff is great. HOWEVER, the wait times are horrible and there is no way to contact the actual office and the people you get on the phone when you try to call are rude, have attitudes and zero empathy at all. They need to open Warren back up immediately.
