- CBCrissie BrownOct 13, 20251.0I was happy that they agreed to see my son when his tooth broke. They pulled the tooth as it was a baby tooth. He was there for 10 minutes. I received a bill in the mail for $64. It has no other details no credits listed. So I called the office thinking they didn’t add insurance. You also can’t call this office and get anyone to answer. So after calling multiple times, I left a message. They called back rather quickly. The lady was extremely rude and told me the original charge was $510. That our insurance paid $150 and they had to write off $250 and that was our balance to pay. Speechless that they charge $510 to see someone for 10 minutes to pull a baby tooth. I guess they must be hurting for money. I was going to schedule him for a cleaning there but I’d hate to see that bill.

The work they did on my filling was phenomenal. Very precise, to the point where I can't even tell where my actual tooth ends and the filling starts. The work they did also took very little time (but was performed with care) and I was in and out before I knew it. I will definitely continue to go here with the great service and friendly atmosphere this place has. To any Wagstaff Family member/employee, thank you for the excellent service!
