Founder Meg Coleman, a certified nurse practitioner for nearly 20 years who owns the adjacent Meg’s Med Spa, says her passion was to open a wellness center that complemented the esthetic procedures by addressing revitalization on the inside.
She researched the recovery and wellness space to find and invest in the most advanced equipment. Her research sourced benefits infrared sauna, cold plunge and oxygen therapy have on the body, from muscle recovery to detox, boosted circulation and immune system, reduced inflammation, improved mood and mental clarity.
You’ll find three spacious spa suites, each with its own calming and chic vibe, and each with two sets of equipment so couples and friends can book services together.
Since the community has supported our business, we’re answering to call to also open the space for private events. Perfect for showers or bachelorette or bachelor parties, guests can don their robes and enjoy exclusive use of our spa suites, lounge and amenities. We can even help plan the event, gathering food from local downtown Willoughby restaurants to make it memorable.

The water was a perfect temperature. I loved the low light and relaxing music. The towels are very soft and everything smells so nice. The customer service was great. Would highly recommended Mood and will definitely go back again!

Let’s say you’re having lunch with a friend or you’re out with your significant other having dinner or lunch at one of the great restaurants in downtown Willoughby-pair that with some time in the massage chairs and oxygen bar and really elevate that whole experience! If maybe you just want do something for yourself, do the cold plunge and sauna! There are so many options to enjoy at this amazing place!

It was so calming and instantly made me feel at peace. Actually the vibe throughout the entire place was very therapeutic. Then from there I got hooked up to the oxygen and sat myself in a 4D massage chair which I never wanted to end. The experience was not only so relaxing but by the time it ended I felt energized and just overall lighter. I will be back very soon and can’t wait to bring my friends.
