  I am thrilled with the care I received at Refresh Dental in Westlake. Not only did they fit me in the same day I called for a somewhat emergency extraction, but everyone there was so nice and accommodating! All my questions were answered, recommendations made to me felt honest and in my best interest, and the procedure was pain free and quick. I am so thankful they are open right now and I am grateful they were willing to risk their own health and safety to help me.

  Susan, the hygienist, was wonderful and did a great job. I waited almost 45 minutes from my appointment time which is terrible, but not her fault. Please schedule your appointment times better in the future.

  They give same generic response to each negative review posted on Google. "We are sorry to hear about your experience with our office, (your name here). We do our best to provide the best care to our patients. If you want to talk about your specific concern, please call us at the office and we’ll be happy to discuss that with you." Everything about this office is the definition of poor patient care.
