Dr. Charles Irvine worked with me to identify the bad things in my gut. After just a couple of months changing my diet and taking supplements, I lost 15 pounds (I didn't think I was overweight), had much more energy and even mentally, was feeling much better. My stress levels came down dramatically and I even started sleeping well. I highly recommend this program.
