  Had a great appointment today with Lex and Dr John - implants take a long time but they’ve been guiding me through the entire process and I appreciate them answering all my questions.

  I visited DiMichaelangelo Dentistry today for the first time. I explained to the office I had come from a bad dental experience and was very nervous. The entire office took wonderful care of me, especially Michael, my hygenist. He made sure I was comfortable at all times, was patient, and kind. I need to go back for another visit and am honestly not nervous at all. I have found my forever dentist home. In fact, my husband and son are moving to this office too! It's so nice to have a dentist office that cares about how customers feel!

  Great service! Dr sam and Gracelinda were the best, very hospitable, talkative and very detailed on everything. Made me not worry about coming to the dentist. They are the best🙏

  Extremely disappointing and distressing experience. I’ve never had anxiety about going to the dentist—until now. My first visit here as a new patient involved a mandatory hour and a half of X-rays, which I found excessive. I repeatedly expressed discomfort and nausea during the process, but instead of being treated with compassion, my concerns were dismissed. The dental assistant seemed unable to complete the X-rays properly, blaming the issue on the size of my mouth—something I’ve never been told before by any other dental professional. Rather than adjusting their approach, multiple staff members were brought in and spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, insisting the X-rays were necessary and basically telling me to “suck it up.” The entire interaction left me feeling embarrassed, invalidated, and deeply uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was numbed for the cleaning with a product that severely irritated the inside of my lower lip and tongue. Since the appointment, the skin in those areas has been peeling, and the tip of my tongue remains sore—I’ve been using Orajel for days just to manage the discomfort. As if that wasn’t enough, immediately after the appointment they sent me a bill for $250 and thank goodness I looked at my EOB from my insurance prior to paying it because there is no payment owed. I was scheduled to return for the second half of the cleaning, but after this experience, I don’t believe it’s in my best interest to go back. If you’re looking for a compassionate and professional dental office—especially if it’s been a while since your last visit—I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This office left me feeling ridiculed, hurt, and taken advantage of.
