  Dr Cole is very knowledgeable but his office staff have turned me and my family away. We were billed for a charge because the wrong insurance was on file which was completely our fault. However, we have been trying to get this corrected for over 2 months now. The billing lady WILL NOT ever answer her phone, return calls or emails. We are fed up. I would give a 1 star review but Dr Cole himself deserves more than that. Something needs to change because we deserve answers and a reimbursement.

  We met Dr Cole on August 22 2019 . My husband came for treatments for throat cancer . We stayed in Ohio for 2 months and now we come back and forth . Johnnie is doing good and he is driving and doing many things he was unable to do until recently. He is knowledgeable in what we need to do to help heal Johnnie. He has given us hope in a situation that was terminal.

  Outstanding physician. Our entire family has been receiving care from him since 1997, except for five years when a job moved us out of state. (One of the reasons we returned to this area was Dr. Cole.) He provides high-quality treatment, but also expects you to be proactive in taking care of yourself. He has been especially successful improving the health of our special needs daughter.

  Dr Cole is the very best doctor I have ever had. He has a long time wonderful reputation for his very effective, but safest therapies. Plus, he has won multiple awards for his very effective family practice with his patients.. People come to him, to be his patient, from all over. He healed my heart and joint pain that I thought was impossible to be healed by any doctor, ever. .I cannot afford hospital prices. I am so thankful Dr. Cole has a treatment room in his office or I would still be sick.... Dr. Cole and his treatments is the only reason I am well again. One lady I spoke with, drove long distances, then rented a place to live, while taking her treatments with Doctor Cole. No other doctor could help her start functioning again. ..His alternative therapies have healed some of the worst problems that no other doctor could heal. .His infusion room and equipment is always clean and sanitary. Whoever said otherwise was talking about another place. The nurses are kind and helpful. There is even a bell for each patient in the infusion room, if we want to call the nurse for any reason. Dr. Cole has healed patients who were referred to him after the patients were sent home to die. I am shocked how rude and hateful some people can be on here, to the best, top quality, respectable medical professional, whose works far past what his job requires. Those means words are not the opinion of the rest of us.. We do not treat people like that. I would never be able to sleep at night if I treated kind, amazing people so cruelly like you did... . Do not insult my doctor, who is such a fine and essential, asset to our community. I am sure you would not put up with being treated as you treat others. I have found in life, that the people, who are cruel and rude, are the people who know nothing about what they are talking about.. .In all walks of life, we are given the choice to choose what services and products we purchase. Don't blame others if something that is healing is not cheap. What you purchased, you chose to purchase. Do not blame others for what you do. The last person commenting here, is giving a bad review on a doctor with a different name.?? .Dr. Cole is the only doctor in his office. . Dr. Cole has a large number of long time established patients who agree with me that he is the best doctor they ever had. . He is a top quality doctor and person with good values and is very kind and caring. I agree he is the best in the U.S. I highly recommend this honest, and highly respectable doctor!
