  i use to like them until someone lied there and then they get mad when i don’t want to see a certain dr im was not comfortable with my children seeing wilamitus and they wasn’t neither this place is judgmental

  As a new mother, finding a pediatrician we liked was important to my husband and I. Our first few visits were fine and the doctor we met with seemed thorough. I referred my family members to use the same office. We were looking forward to meeting some of the other providers. For our last visit, I called to notify the receptionist that we were on our way and got stuck in traffic but assured her we would be there before the appointment time. She said they would hold our appointment for 10 minutes. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment, but were immediately told by the receptionist that we “missed our check in time”, the doctor wasn’t willing to see us, and we had to reschedule. She explained that the “check in time” is when we meet with the nurse and the “appointment time” is when we see the doctor. My husband and I both take off work for our daughter’s appointments, so it was disappointing to us to be turned away under these circumstances. We immediately decided that the way this office handles scheduling was no longer a good fit for our family. On the positive side, their online portal made it very easy for us to export my daughter’s records self-service. We were able to transfer the records ourselves and get in with a new pediatrician less than a week later.

  Front desk is terrible. There rude and really don't care what u say. Made a appointment. they changed it without calling. And was rude about it and wouldnt see my oldest son. How do you turn down a sick child cause of a office error? They said the problem is we don't have the right number. But they called the day before to comfirm time. Then when there they said was wrong time. This is prime reason of why so many get away with bad practices. They in a small town lot of elderly. If u have no issue it a good visit. But if something comes uo. IT'S YOUR FAULT and child don't matter
