We are a dental office that helps people who can't or won't be treated awake. We specialize in anesthesia for special needs patients and those that can't get numb or don't want to be awake for the dentistry. We will come to your dentist office, or you can be treated in our office. Dr. Backus has been taking care of patients' anesthesia needs for 18 years.

- PMPall MallSep 25, 20251.0I'm not happy in the slightest way. Forget about smiling, I never will in public again, because he butchered my teeth. I'll be single til I die. Should have known I guess, went to his dad in Sylvania in '98, one appointment he was so hammered drunk his assistant walked out and quit. His breath could have peeled paint. And the thousands and thousands, to never smile again. Is it normal to just slap a little filling over a black cavity? And the cavity is clearly still there and clearly visible? And he "touched up" two of teeth that had no cavities, but now do, under the filling that wasn't needed. If I was awake, I would have straight walked out and fought the bill in court. My teeth are ruined on one entire side of my mouth. When the time comes, and it will, I'll pull them myself rather than go back. The effect this has had on my life is immeasurable. My teeth were better before I went, now they're permanently ruined.

He first came out and gave a very warm welcome and was super informative about the entire process of what to expect and whatnot to except. He carefully went by each step on the consent to treat and had his staff come out very often to keep us updated on how are little one was doing. After everything was over he reassured that we acknowledged the after care process and gave us their phone number to call if we had any questions or concerns. They even called a little later on to check on our little one! I am so happy we got to have such a great experience with such an awesome anesthesiologist! 🤗

- MMMELISSAMar 17, 20191.0Did not help us one bit. Never called us back. Never billed for X-ray or exam. That's just weird. Didn't want to deal with husband's needs. I have worked for many dentists. I know this type! Don't trust him or his wife at all!
