  I’d like to explain why I left a low score. I am a dentist myself with over 10 years of clinical experience in my country, so I understand proper dental procedures. Unfortunately, my experience at your clinic was very disappointing. I had multiple fillings done, and although I asked for the doctor to perform them, but tye filling procedure was done by the assistant, but the results were poor. The fillings left me with loose contacts, food impaction, and significant sensitivity. One filling even failed twice and had to be redone. In addition, a simple Class V cavity on a molar was prepared very aggressively, removing far too much tooth structure, almost like a crown preparation. This has left me with severe sensitivity to cold, sweet, and even normal drinking water. While the staff were polite when I returned, I was later told not to come back and instead to go see a specialist. Unfortunately, this has left me with unresolved issues and permanent discomfort. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the clinic for restorative work.

  I had paid for laughing gas for my procedure (two root canals, five cativites) and when I was brought back for my appointment the assistances seemed confused about this and multiple nurses scrambled around to what seems like figure it out. Finally the mask was put on but I know 100% that it was not working correctly and I mentioned it several times to the staff. I have only had dental work done with gas as I have high anxiety and know what to expect. So not only was the appointment highly stressful, I paid for a service I did not receive. The dentist was very kind and I think did a great job but it seemed like his work station was not set up correctly and was constantly asking the assistance for things or to plug in things. Just very unprepared. At the end of my appointment, the assistant took off the bib and simple said "All done!" And walked me out the door. There was no after care instructions whatsoever. I ended up Googling how to care for a root canal because this office was zero help. I intended to get the other side of my mouth done but after this experience I will be going somewhere else.
