- CUCarole UlrichJan 4, 20261.0For the second time in the last two years, my 6 month cleaning/ checkup was canceled . Last year, the excuse was a hygienist quit. In November this year, I received text that I needed to call and reschedule my cleaning with no reason given. I called and like last year, they couldn’t get me in for another 5-6 months and if I wanted it sooner would have to go to another office.( Not my usual one on Talmadge) I asked why this is happening and office staff couldn’t give me an answer. I told her I wanted an explanation as to why this is happening and she said she’d have someone call me who could answer my question. It’s been several weeks and no call, no explanation. My check ups are good. Left to wonder if I’m not giving them enough work to do on my teeth so they can make money. Unfortunate, because Dr. Choksey is so good, but not feeling like they need or want my business. Been going to Corner Dental for years, as well as my husband and son. This is not acceptable!
