- TLToni LesinskiDec 3, 20251.0PM The fiasco in my home on 11:20/25 should warrant a refund. I walked in from the garage and I don’t think Ms Carter realized that I was home. My husband was crying shaking and sweating standing next to her while she was on her phone. When I asked what was going on she said he just became upset. That’s impossible from the sweat all over him. In addition to that I told her there was NO laundry to do. She wandered through the master bedroom into the furthest bathroom and washed the clothes in the hamper. She washed and dried bras and two delicate sweaters that don’t go in the dryer. And shrunk them She had NO business going back and leaving my husband alone. He is a fall risk I never want her on our home again

Staffing these positions is a constant challenge and I was confident they were genuinely concerned to do their best for my mom. I would highly recommend their service : some of the aids were just marvelous companions and helpers .
