- JMJoseph MooreAug 16, 20181.0When i was only 9 years old i saw this horrible psychiatrist named Dr. Adler who gave me a combo of lithium and prozac. Made me go absolutely manic and i climbed to the top my house roof and was going to jump off. luckily the fire department saved my life. met a doctor named Dr. Charles Davenport, MD who pretty much saved my life and from then on got the rest of help i needed from Dr. LaForrest at Zepf Center. Beware stay away from this guy he's a unprofessional doctor only interested in money and stay away from Arrowhead in Toledo go to Zepf Center instead or The University of Toledo Medical Center : Kobacker Center for kids. Dr. Adler has has numerous lawsuits brought upon him by concerned parents and malpractice. Also to mention all he does is clip his nails on constant basis and ignore what your saying. He is a Kwack. Also the lithium and prozac combo gave me symptoms of Tardive dyskinesia and dr. davenport stopped it right away and took me off that junk.
