Jasmine was so professional but blended right in and to most appeared to just be another guest. My mom was so happy. Everyone at Bridgewater was helpful, professional and friendly. We had lots of challenges and a very strong willed father. Robyn invested lots of time with us and we got a great caregiver who was able to handle our father. While we used the service for a short time, we were pleased with all the effort, the professionalism and the attention to detail. We LOVED the website access and communication tools and responsiveness of the team. We ended up relocating our parents closer to us but were so grateful for the effort, thoughtfulness and support. The caregiver was very good and pushed through some difficult moments. Thanks Bridgewater!
