From the very first telephone call where I cried over having to hire a caregiver for my sweet mama, to the last call where I stopped using them because mama moved to a long term care facility, I can’t recommend them enough! They stepped in when I needed them most. I live out of state and was able to entrust my mom’s care to a couple special caregivers who my mama loved! During that time I needed to assure my father was well cared for and upon her return she was able to heal. We had lots of challenges and a very strong willed father. Robyn invested lots of time with us and we got a great caregiver who was able to handle our father. While we used the service for a short time, we were pleased with all the effort, the professionalism and the attention to detail. We LOVED the website access and communication tools and responsiveness of the team. We ended up relocating our parents closer to us but were so grateful for the effort, thoughtfulness and support.
