I’ve been a customer of this office for years & never had an experience quite like this one. I called in for a medical emergency at my Dr’s request with an issue that has the capacity to cause permanent eye damage. The young lady refused to even consider the seriousness of the issue continuing to try & schedule me for late February. I said if this is left untreated til then, I’ll likely be blind. Her response essentially was do you want the appt or not? I absolutely hate leaving these kind of posts, but if you can’t recognize the difference between someone just trying to score a faster appointment and a potential life-altering emergency, you may not have the right people representing your business. Sorry Dr. you probably weren’t even made aware of how your patients are being treated out front.

I do NOT recommend this place. Promised to refer my father for cataract surgery and said it would only take 2 days and this is 6 days later and they never done it!

My exam went smoothly and I was pleased with the results. I felt I receive an excellent exam. Rachel helped me select the proper frames which was excellent because of her personality and job knowledge. The frame choices were beyond my expectations. I appreciated the discount on the second pair of glasses. I wish Lenscrafters would have been in my network which would have saved me a few dollars. The discount took care of some of that difference. Other staff members were well trained but need to appear a little more cheerful than they exhibited. All in all, is was a positive experience visiting your company.

Outstanding! I knew my prescription had changed but irritation had developed near exam date . Sharp pain n discomfort really worried me. My technician listened and relayed my concerns to the Dr. A very thorough exam as well as eye irritation were addressed. I Thank you very much, using recommended drops n sleeping much more relaxed.
