- KDKerry DuffySep 30, 20215.0I have recently moved to Springboro and needed a dentist. I saw the building and said I'll give it a try. So, I met with the office manager (Kate) and she took all my information, explaining all the details of the insurance, and the care I would receive. I got my first appointment and left. Today I arrived at the office early as requested. Once again, a nice greeting from her and another staff member. I waited <10 minutes and was called back. The staff member (Halley) took x-rays, pictures and explained the reasons for them and what was covered by insurance. The hygienist (Rachel) performed a detailed exam of my mouth and again, explained the results and reason for it. Then the doctor arrived. Again, another detailed exam and explaining the strategy she feels will work. Done. Back out to the front desk. Appointments that fit my schedule. I was apprehensive when I first went in the office. From the kind greetings to the professionalism that all of the staff, not once did I feel like just another paying customer. These people showed a genuine interest and concern for my health and well being. When it was all said and done, I walked out of there and actually had a smile on my face. These people really cared about what they do and how their patients were treated. I am excited about this kind of quality dental care. Thank you. Kerry 🙂
