  First of all my rating only comes from ONE source at Refresh Dental. The office staff there is A1 and they go out there way to treat and care for you and your needs , the Dental techs are kind courteous . But my experience there involves Dr Kulick and ther rude way I was treated there today .. he spoke to me as if I were a child . Getting my partial adjustment I was under the impression that I was to let him know what's fits what don't fit etc. During thus fitting I was told that my input wasn't needed . He informed me the He was the doctor and he knew what he was doing 😮 , then he goes to put my partial in my my for another fitting and this time he mashes it in my mouth and my reaction was gagging and I closed my my so he scolded me for that and he went to tweet my partial again..while he's doing that he's showing his tech what he doing and their right behind me ..he tells her to come in the room where he's working on the partial to talk cause I ask to many damn questions 🫣 . I couldn't believe I was being talked down to made to feel like nothing . I mean I thought I could ask all the questions I needed to if this was a fitting and what did I do for him to talk down to me like that 🤔 I left there in tears needles to say I never completely done the fitting and idk when or if I'll get my partial.. but in all my years I've never been treating like that by someone in that professional compacity.. I was so defeated because I've been looking forward to this day and for him to speak down to me and be so IN MY FACE RUDE ... I question him around anyone . People already feel skw about their appearance but for him to act as if he was GOD and I have no place to question what my health care is paying for and what I will ultimately be wearing inside my mouth. And the arrogance of him to say he was the doctor and I can't question him But it's the EGO for me cause right in ear shot of me he asked his tech to come in the other room because I ask too many damn questions?? If MY story stops one person from that experiencing his apparent like of bedside manners and his rudeness .... I hope knowing that his arrogance and the fact that he's comfortable with doing this in my company unapologetically. Because never once did he stop me from leaving nor did he come to the desk to address this matter .. I left in tears and his office clerk was consoling me outside the office Smdh 😫😫😫

  I took my kid there, they were wonderful. A clean office, friendly & professional staff.

  I don’t know her I forgot it but when she was cleaning my teeth she just made me feel comfortable and relaxed and and she was communicated with me on what she was going to do to my teeth step by step

  This was a terrible experience. I went here for an appointment to get scans of my teeth so they could remove my wisdom teeth. When I called I VERY SPECIFICALLY asked if they could put me to sleep for the procedure and I was told yes. So when I went for my appointment I waited an hour and 10 minutes before they even called me back. Meantime 3 people who came in after me was taken back before me. When I get to the back I was told that they only use Novacaine. So I wasted an hour and a half of my time because of the stupidity of their employees.
