Each time I've called, the phone would ring up to four times before it goes to the answering machine. I also wanted ask about a gift certificate I received in the mail.
- AAAmberSep 29, 20191.0Though my experience I’ve been very unhappy with my office visits, I feel the staff is very unprofessional and did not care about me as a patient. The shaker Heights location is very unsanitary and needs excessive care. I was surprised and very disappointed visiting for the first time seeing the conditions of the building knowing that I’m paying for such poor and low service. I would never recommend a friend nor stranger to the Shaker Heights location. I felt I needed to seek care elsewhere as soon as I possibly could. I was not receiving the care I needed by the doctor nor his staff and know if I finished out my treatment at the Shaker location I would have been extremely unhappy and unfortunate with my results.
