If I could rate this 0 stars I’ll definitely do so. I’ve went to this place to get braces on. Now they gave me just top braces and not bottoms yet which was kinda weird due to the fact that we put alot of money down. But if the doctor says I’m not ready I’m not ready. We’ve been paying for my braces each appointment and nothing has changed my gap is still a gap and all they’ve did was just change colors and put new wires in. Each appointment that’s what happen remind you I’ve had my braces on sense December it’s august now of 2025 and nothing has changed. Every appointment I ask questions and it seems like nobody could give me a great response every appointment I asked it’s not a clear response they don’t explain it to you what so ever. all this money I’ve spent for these braces just to not fix my teeth says a lot. It’s very unprofessional there and I rather not ever show back up again. I’m planning on getting a lawyer so I can get my money back from what I’ve spent I’ve constantly paid lots of money for these braces just for me to get them removed. I’m going to look for a new orthodontist. But please don’t spend your money here.
- MSMelissa SolomonJul 31, 20251.0Would give zero stars if i could.... Treatment plan was never followed. Last 4-5 visits no adjustments were made... Charged approximately 6000 grand for 'phase one'... Mind you my daughter had braces approximately 1 year...and only 6 months on the bottom. Then when we went for consultation of phase two ( they were all ready to start right away, although was told in January when braces were removed we should wait til December...and July they were miraculously ready). For you ready ... Another 7500 hundred dollars! But potentially need to stop during phase 2...and we will come up with a plan when that happens ... Went to a new orthodontist and on the day of bonding (7/31) for her braces they said she still has glue on her teeth from the set they took off in January!! Unbelievable... WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!! Shop around friends....
