    I am absolutely devastated as someone who has constantly advocated for and even raised money for planned parenthood to witness my partner being denied care because they don't offer gender affirming care to cisgender individuals I guess. My partner came in with multiple concerns about his health wanting to have some bloodwork done and was told before he even made it to see the physician that they don't offer that in the intake. If a person comes to a healthcare facility in need of care my expectation would be that they would make an earnest attempt to provide care for someone. I completely understand that planned parenthood is facing struggles right now but it's devastating to see a person in need turned away in a manner that felt very callous to me.

    As if being given outdated information wasn't frustrating enough, I just got turned away from my appointment because something with the order paperwork was wrong.

    I have been attending this planned parenthood for years and it is the WORST. the stays is ALWAYS rude, lazy and unhelpful. They CANCEL appointments for you the day before. They have no consistency with their appointments. (When they say they need to test you they don't actually half the time despite the medical complications it could cause) they are ALWAYS behind. I have started showing 30 to 45min late to my appointments because I'm always waiting over 30mim just to be taken back. Showing up late makes it so I don't have to wait 30min before being taken back. Worst planned parenthood I have ever experienced. I would rank it 0 stars if I can.

    My number one go to for birth control needs. I've never had a bad experience here and everyone I've interacted with is always nice and helpful. I also want to give a shout out to Rochelle for explaining step-by-step of my first IUD procedure today.

    These people are angels, I'm not sure what else I can really say. I showed up completely unprepared, embarrassed and terrified because of my current circumstances and I was met with patience, compassion and humanity. I hope everyone that works here, especially those who assisted me tonight, knows what a valuable gem they are.
