- KOKira OriharaSep 24, 20251.0I have been attending this planned parenthood for years and it is the WORST. the stays is ALWAYS rude, lazy and unhelpful. They CANCEL appointments for you the day before. They have no consistency with their appointments. (When they say they need to test you they don't actually half the time despite the medical complications it could cause) they are ALWAYS behind. I have started showing 30 to 45min late to my appointments because I'm always waiting over 30mim just to be taken back. Showing up late makes it so I don't have to wait 30min before being taken back. Worst planned parenthood I have ever experienced. I would rank it 0 stars if I can.

Today I talked to someone named Erin who was fantastic and went above and helped so much. I also spoke with someone today named Brie that was extremely rude and made me feel like I couldn’t call again, but that’s the only time I’ve experienced anything like that.
