Additionally, their sauna broke and they continued to not fix it for 2+ months, giving bogus timelines and empty promises.

It can get crowded at certain times, but to be honest, if you treat people how you want to be treated, I’ve never had an issue either working in with someone or finding some other machine/weights to use. If people give a one star review even a 2 star I’d be surprised. I might even be like , bruh, what’s really going on with you?
