  The dentist was so mean and rude I was crying due to pain and he asked me why I was crying and if it was because I was in pain or needed all my teeth out. He berated me made me feel an inch big and criticized me on my health conditions. Sent me to an oral surgeon who doesn’t take me insurance and would not give me anything for pain not even anti inflammatory medication. I was traumatized. I will not recommend this place to anyone

  this place is so slow. i stayed until close, waiting to see the dentist. My appointment was at 3, i was here over 2 hours. I ended up walking out and never saw the dentist. If you are too busy, please stop taking appointments. This is ridiculous.

  I’ve been having a great experience here at Refresh Dental, non judgmental and professional. Dr Baldwin is great and the entire team is as well!

  I absolutely love this place. i’ve been coming to this Dentist office for many years. I actually stopped going to this office a while back and went to another Dr because it was so ridiculous at one point. now I go here again and i dont regret coming back because the staff is absolutely amazing. (All new ppl) Let me say that girl at the front desk Krista she’s absolutely awesome so kind and welcoming! All the ladies are in-fact the entire staff is, especially Dr.Baldwin , he is phenomenal. The ladies Ang, Anna , Andrea and the hygienist (sorry i’m bad with names ) They are so sweet and i always leave with a smile on my face despite having left a much dreaded dentist appt. I actually just left from getting cavities filled on my front teeth with no Novacaine and felt nothing. That’s how great Dr Baldwin and his staff is !! I highly recommend this place. The staff definitely is kind courteous welcoming and all-around wonderful thank you Refresh dental Poland keep up the good work .

  It's apparent this business has no respect for their patient's time. I had what should have been a simple cleaning appointment set for 1540 on 17 Sept. The check-in instructions state to arrive 10-15 minutes early. I checked in at roughly 1520. I also had brought a DoD dental form with me that was due for my annual. The form clearly indicates that it needs a Dentist signature and license number. The attendant that escorted me to the back spoke with other staff to see who could fill out the form. He came back and assured me the Dental Hygienist could sign the form when they finish the cleaning. From this point I waited in the back until 1625, nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went to find someone to see if I had been forgotten about, or what the issue was. The staff checked with one hygienist who stated it would be at least another 10 to 15 minutes. This was the same timeframe I was given when first escorted back. They said there was another hygienist and that they would check to see if they were available. The other hygienist was available and entered the room. She looked at the form and then spoke with other staff. I was then informed that it would have to be filled out by the Dr and if I could come back tomorrow. Apparently the Dr had just left about 15 minutes prior to someone finally coming to start the cleaning. This was yet another inconvenience on my time. At this point I left and will not be returning. If you value your time, I would recommend finding another provider. Most working professionals have several demands on their time. This is an extremely poor impression for what should have been a fairly quick appointment.
