- JFJade FowlerDec 23, 20251.0Worst experience/customer service ever. I was told my appointment was cancelled because i didn’t confirm my insurance information by the deadline (12/19/2025 @Noon). I showed the screenshot where i spoke to someone from the office of a call lasting 4 minutes (12/19/2025 @11:19AM) to provide my information. i was told I must’ve talked to someone from the call center, and they have been having issues at the call center. The lady was very dismissive even after showing the screenshots. The lady with the glasses specifically. The next lady was relatively respectful but this is annoying, and a waste of time and there was not even a glimpse of sympathy for what was obviously an office error. Got my braces taken off for an appointment/cleaning and took the morning off for this and i still have to schedule another appointment and cleaning. This is really upsetting and a complete waste of my time. I was offered an appointment next tuesday instead but will be traveling and was only told nothing can be done.

I came in 2 months ago for a cleaning and they said I have cavities which was weird since I didn’t have any problems or sensitivity. They did 2 filling and the one was filled in to deep and they filled my tooth on top of a nerve. This cause nerve damage and caused a tooth infection. I told them and they said they don’t treat things like that and refer you somewhere else. Why would you mess up a tooth and not have the tools or experience to fix it?!?! I had to find a different place myself because I don’t trust them. They took X-rays and I had to have the tooth removed because of the nerve damage and infection. I had 0 problems before my cleaning and now I’m missing a tooth because of them!!! Do not come here!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
