After waking up one morning with extreme neck pain, I did online research and made an appointment at Oxford Health & Wellness. This was the best decision I could have made! After a few weeks, I felt amazingly better and continue to improve. I no longer feel I need lower back surgery and my neck improved in a couple weeks. It is so nice to be almost pain free again. If you want to feel better and are willing to spend less than 30 minutes a few times a week doing the recommended exercises, Oxford Health & Wellness is absolutely worth the investment. The doctors and support staff are all very helpful and friendly to work with too!

At that point, I had decided to pursue orthopedic physical therapy instead and was only seeking adjustments. I was informed that without committing to the full plan, I wouldn’t be eligible for any of their services, including scheduling an adjustment. I'm now curious to see what I’ll be charged for simply going through that process.

Dr. Worthington has adjusted him and with the proper diet, My son is like a whole new kid. I would recommend Oxford Health and Wellness to anyone. They have the best chiropractors and physical therapists around. A very good place to go if you are feeling out of sorts
