The whole team was kind, patient and friendly. When the dentist had to numb me his technique was like never before. I never even felt the sharp poke, not once and I had a couple of them due to the infection complicating the numbing process. Needless say, best dental experiences I’ve had.(despite losing a tooth) I will absolutely come back.

I trusted this office with my dental work & up until this summer, they had been pretty reliable. in the past the customer service was exceptional. I mean top tier. Some how things have changed. I've recently documented more of my interactions with the employees at the front desk. After failed attempts of trying to understand the billing situation & being patient with the staffing dynamics, I decided today was the last day I would receive their services. I've tried to be understanding & kind through the changes. But as a customer I've incurred more billing concerns than i had in all my years of having dental insurance. I don't think I deserved the rudeness I received today from Angela. Thanks to her poor customer service Aura dental has lost a patient and any recommendations to my co-workers to this office.
