- MHMohammad HajjawiJul 15, 20251.0Terrible experience Avoid this office, especially the office manager Rebecca Frank. The way my family and I were treated was absolutely unacceptable. Over the past 6 months, due to travel, I had to miss some appointments for my twin boys. When I was finally able to get them back in, I made sure to pay off the entire balance before scheduling. However, when I called to make the appointment and again when we showed up we were met with extreme rudeness from Rebecca. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and made decisions over the phone without even letting the orthodontist see the boys first. She insisted on removing the braces prematurely and restarting the entire process, which made no sense. Even worse, when we left, they didn’t offer us retainers. And when I tried calling back to get them, I was told we had to pay in full just to get an appointment. When I asked if that was normal, the answer was no, which made the situation even more insulting. Rebecca then refused to speak to me at all. This office clearly prioritizes payment over patient care. Extremely disappointed and will never return.
