  If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Express Dental has been beyond frustrating, and at this point, I have no idea how this office is still running. I lost count of how many times I had to reschedule, rearrange my work and life just to come in for my appointment, only to be told they couldn’t find me in the system. On top of that, they constantly had issues with my insurance—something that should have been resolved long before I even set foot in the office. This wasn’t a one-time mistake; it was a recurring issue calling me telling to reschedule only to come in and be told on the day of the appointment. I can’t be found in the system and then followed up with somethings up with the insurance., proving that there is something deeply wrong with the way this office operates. If this isn’t grounds for an internal investigation, I don’t know what is. The front office is utterly useless. It feels like an actual insult to them when they’re asked to do their jobs, like noooo it’s not my job it’s your job to make sure that every single patient that brings you business is supposed to make sure their appointments are run smoothly and everything is dotted and checked before they arrive not as they arrive and you tell them what the issue is and that they have to fix it which makes the entire experience miserable. The level of incompetence and disorganization in this office is, without question, the worst I’ve seen in any medical or dental facility in Trumbull County. And to make matters worse, I found out that my own mother had the exact same issue with this office—and she works for the City of Warren Health Department. That tells me this isn’t just bad luck on my part; this is a consistent failure in the way this practice is managed. The only saving grace of this office is the doctor and his hygienist—both amazing, professional, and kind. But frankly, this practice doesn’t deserve people like them. At this point, I’d rather drive 50 miles to a different dentist than step foot in this office again. Tired of being called for an appointment and issue on your end! And then internally you not making sure all systems are a go! Then being looked at like homeless person asking for help for someone who you think would want to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to localist, tourist passer buyers no one what a useless front Staff. Stay far away.

  They treated me like a person, and not a number. Everyone was very professional and everything I said was heard, and acknowledged. I appreciate everyone at this dental office.

  It was easy enough to get an appt. They are just about the only place that took my insurance and I was surprised how fast I got in. The hygienist,Heather, was very gentle and thorough which I really appreciated.

  Dr. Tiffee was kind and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very gentle. Rachel hummed softly while working in my mouth and that was soothing. Christina was thorough and made sure that I was comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with all the work that has been done to fix my teeth. I now have a beautiful smile and my mouth is healthy. I wish I had found this practice years ago.
