- HVHương Vũ1 day ago1.0Approximately six months ago, I received a filling on tooth #3 (upper right) at Stonecreek Dental due to bruxism. About one week later, I developed persistent deep nerve pain, pain radiating toward my head, and gum separation. I returned multiple times and X-rays were taken, but I was never informed of a cracked tooth or referred for further treatment. My symptoms were repeatedly attributed to poor oral hygiene. After six months of ongoing pain, another dentist diagnosed a vertical root fracture with severe infection extending into the jaw bone. Tooth #3 was non-restorable and had to be extracted. I believe the delayed and incorrect diagnosis resulted in prolonged pain and permanent tooth loss.

The doctor does whatever she deems best without listening to the patient's concerns at all, and turns hostile when you express frustration. She habitually lied about what she was doing, ignored my concerns, and when I asked for a referall for an oral surgeon, not only did she NOT provide any of their correct contact information, she signed the referral as 'stonecreek'. When my partner went in to talk to the doctor and resolve the situation, the doctor refused to speak with them and hid in the back until we left. The support staff are fine and good at their jobs, but someone needs to teach the Dentist how to get off her high horse, listen to others, and express some basic human empathy. Despite my pain and worry about the work that we were in the middle of, they will not take or return my calls. Absolute joke of a healthcare professional. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE DENTISTS

The dentist, amazing and gentle. They explain everything detail of your care plan, and why it should be done. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who have an anxiety about going to the dentist!
